Tartu Kutsehariduskeskus / Tartu Vocational Education Centre is the largest vocational training centre in Estonia offering different types of vocational training to over 3000 students in vocational education and additional 3000 adults participating in different professional courses annually. The school in its present form was created in 2002 by combining 4 different education providers in the city of Tartu, but through these organisations we trace our history back to 1922.
Our goal is to train skillful masters through focusing on practical skills and offering training to different groups of people. For that we have modern training and recreation facilities in two campuses in Tartu city, Kopli and Põllu street. We develope the training curricula together with our partners from the business sector. By now the school has obtained full national accreditation in 16 curricula groups from the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research.

In addition we offer career counselling and support services to our students to support them during all phases of their study period. There are special programs and services for students with special needs as well. We have also many partnership agreements with local businesses but we are aslo active partners in international level having 33 partners in foreign countries.
